As this is my Portraits site, I have to say that I offer my services for Portrait Photography.

I also shoot other stuff, but that's a different story, and a different website.

I am bored looking at what has for some reason been called "Standard Portraiture".

You know the stuff, stiiff backed, unhappy face, no, not for me.

My portraits show the more relaxed side of my sitters, having a giggle, not

necessarily looking at the camera, sort of thing.

I DO shoot conventional Portraits, but hey, be

different, try something that sets you apart from all the rest. Portraits don't

need to be head and shoulders, what's wrong with just your

eyes, or even just one, hehehe.

You don't even need to be looking at the camera, looking away, or looking distracted,

instead of looking into the camera, maybe this is more like your personality.

For that reason I usually have a long

chat with the model or client before the shoot, and find out just who they are.

I hope you can see what I mean, take this pic, the model isn't

looking at the camera, yet this is still a cool portrait?

So, go have a look around your house. Is the best or newest photo

of you in your passport, your work's badge/pass, maybe of you a bit under the weather at a night out?
